Thoroughly review the executed purchase & sale agreement, counter offers, and amendments to ensure that each document is correct with proper dates, initials and signatures
Ensure the delivery of all executed documents sent to title company handling the transaction
Enter all of the contract, appropriate dates and documents into the transaction management system. We will let everyone know that is involved with the transaction with contact information
Provide a full seller disclosure package and deliver to the buyers agent in a timely manner
Upload all documents, disclosuress, and reports into the transaction management system as each one is received throughout the process
Ensure that the title company has received all documents and reports that are required for a successful closing
Track receipt of earnest money and provide copies to all parties
Maintain weekly contact or daily if necessary with all parties involved for status updates as well as items needing attention or that are outstanding
